If you want to check your order status, please login into your member area . In your Dashboard Click on your respective Oreder ID. Repective order will give you complete status.

Note: We request / suggest to check your Email Inbox / SPAM box for our replies / updates. We keep on updating each steps updates to our each buyer's on their order.


Process to Check your Order Status:

  • Log In at your Account
  • At Your Dashboard under > Recent Orders > See the respective Order Status
  1. PENDING : Due to NON Payment clearance , Buyer has been updated by Email for the reasons. (Kindly Check Inbox & Spam Box)
  2. ON HOLD: Payment has been DECLINED . Buyer has been updated by Email for the reasons. (Kindly Check Inbox & Spam Box)
  3. CANCELLED : After reminder of Payment , we did not receive any updated from buyer and order was CANCELED.
  • In Respective order Row Click on > VIEW DETAILS
  • Scroll down the page and see the COMMENTS under >"About Your Order"
  • To know SHIPMENT's Details and Comments , CLICK ON (At Start of Page) > SHIPMENTS
